About Me

I am a Research Analyst at the Education & Crime Urban Labs at the University of Chicago. Currently, my work focuses on human capital formation and labor. Previously, I worked as a Research Assistant at Group for the Analysis of Development (GRADE) and as a Research Analyst at Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA).

I am interested in how human capital is formed over the life course and who benefits from it, and in how the places where people learn and work shape what their skills are worth in the labor market, and who loses when that value falls.
